At New Build Sales, we are completely upfront with all our fees, and set out our terms and conditions of business clearly so that our clients know exactly what they are paying for.

Buyers

As a buyer, there are no fees applicable to purchasing a property on our website.

However, where we act as buying agents for you and source a property off market on your behalf, there is a sourcing fee of typically 1.5% + VAT of the purchase price payable for securing the property.

As your buying agent, we will take care of every aspect of your property purchase, and do not charge a retainer fee for the time and effort our team has put in during the initial search process.

Nothing is payable until we've found you a property you are completely happy with.

Once we have successfully found you a property that you agree to purchase, the sourcing fee is payable 14 days after reservation for arranging and securing the property.

Tenants

Once we have found you the perfect property, there will be some paperwork to complete and fees to pay. Below is our general list of tenancy fees that may apply to you, making it simple for you to calculate the costs associated with moving into a property let through us.
